Terms of use

A place for pet parents to keep their pets' health records and book vets, and for clinics to run appointments and write those records. It is free for pet parents. If anything we offer ever costs money, we tell you before it applies to you.

• You need to be 18 or older.
• Give your real name and contact details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by clinic staff you let use it.

• Tails of Leo is not a vet and doesn't give veterinary advice. What you see is what your vet wrote. In an emergency, call the clinic.
• A booking is with the clinic. The clinic may need to move or cancel it, and the app tells you when it does.
• Reminders and calendar entries help you keep track, but they are not a guarantee. Check dates with your vet.
• Upload only files about your own pets.

• Only registered veterinarians, and the clinics they work for, may use the clinic side.
• You are responsible for the clinical records you write and for the care you give. Your professional duties, including keeping records, stay the same as without the app.
• Use an owner's contact details only to care for their pet, never for unrelated marketing.
• Register a walk-in only with the owner's agreement, and hand codes from the app only to the pet's owner.

Don't:

• try to see records you haven't been given, or get around the app's security;
• copy data out of the app in bulk, automatically;
• upload anything unlawful, or anything that isn't yours to share;
• use the app to harass or mislead anyone.

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Tails of Leo. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from the app being unavailable or wrong, or from decisions made using it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.

You can close your account at any time, as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why, unless the law stops us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them, we update the date at the top, and we tell you in the app before an important change applies. Questions go to hello@tailsofleo.com.
