Adding a pet

Only a name and the kind of animal are needed. Everything else can wait.

  1. On Pets, tap Add.
  2. Add a photo if you have one: tap the circle beside the name, then take a photo or pick one from your phone. Move and zoom it until your pet sits in the circle.
  3. Type your pet's name and tap the kind of animal. For a rodent, a reptile or anything under Other, you can also say what kind it is, such as a hamster or a tortoise.
  4. Breed, birthday, weight, colour and notes for the vet are all optional. Don't know the birthday? Tap Not sure? Give an age.
  5. Tap Add (the button shows your pet's name, like Add Mishti). You land on your pet's page straight away.

Your pet's records

Visits, medicines and vaccines appear on your pet's page as soon as your vet records them. You can also upload your own files, such as old lab reports, from Records.
